Workshops (Schedule Below)

If you can't invest in a 1-on-1 Lesson but you're still interested in the topics we
teach, one of our group workshops may be for you. We typically partner with the
Kalamazoo Nature Center or other local Groups/Organizations to offer workshops
on topics including learning your camera, beginning & intermediate bird & flower
techniques, etc. These workshops typically are groups of 12 participants or less so
every participant gets some 1-on-1 time. While there isn't as much personal time as
the 1-on-1 Lessons offer, a workshop is a more economical way to learn. Typically,
these workshops cost between $25 & $50 per person depending on the workshop.
The goal is to learn and practice a few techniques during the workshop with your
own gear to quickly improve your photography without buying anything.

Fall Color Photography Workshop

When: Sunday, Oct 17th from 8am - 11am
Where: Kalamazoo Nature Center (To register, Call 269-381-1574, ext. 0)
Audience: Adults (intermediate level, limited to 8) (please bring your own equipment)
Fee: KNC Members $35, Non-Members $40 (Registration due Wed, Oct 13th)

Join us for a Fall Color Photography Workshop in and around the Kalamazoo
Nature Center. We'll take you around to local hot spots for color and help
participants in taking away great images. Location dependent on color but will be
local to the Kalamazoo area, transportation provided. Josh & Dave have taught
several photography workshops in the area and their work can be seen at Michigan
Art Shows as well as www.glancesatnature.com.
